When you place an order with Foostools2u our ordering system rolls into action and we begin by registering and authenticating your order and obtaining verification. Our craftsmen begin by ordering your choice of fabric or leather and your required leg or glide. More often than not the selected items will be in stock so we can start your order immediately. Our craftsmen make the frames to size in our workshop and the process gets underway.
As part of our unique service you can have a specific fabric on any footstool model. All our footstools are custom built using available products from our range of fabric or leather upholstery. We use a variety of seat and frame fillings, chosen to offer maximum comfort and rigidity. A mixture of fibre, foam or core foam and fibre wrap is used. Frames are made from rigid foam core or birch (hardwood) and pine (softwood). The birch is used on the weight bearing areas whilst the pine is used for shaping. Plywood is used for load bearing areas where strength is a prerequisite. Your footstool is assembled and packed into an appropriate sized box.
At the checkout stage we will advise you of the delivery charge for the footstools ordered and we can deliver to any off shore UK Islands however, as we would need to hire a special freight carrier there may be an additional delivery charge. Delivery takes approximately 14 days from receipt of payment. We will contact you shortly before our anticipated delivery date. Deliveries are made using national carriers. Unfortunately we cannot be specific about the precise delivery time only the day when delivery is to be made. If for any reason you are not available to accept delivery at the specified time, our carrier will leave you with further instructions. Please note delivery is subject to the availability of products and materials.
